What is High Security Number Plate ?
An HSRP is an aluminium-made number plate that is fixed onto a vehicle by a minimum of two non-reusable snap-on locks and has various identifiable features. On the top left corner of an HSRP, there is a blue-coloured chromium-based hologram of the size 20mm x 20mm of Ashoka Chakra.

- Applicants have to Very First Visit the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) Portal i.e. https://www.siam.in/hrspsubmit.aspx?mpgid=91&pgidtrail=91.
- Home Page Check all the Details of High Security Number Plate 2022 Registration Booking.
- Now Click on Book HSRP at the Top Corner.
- In the new tab, the Registration Page will Open.
- Enter All the Details asked with Vehicles Registration ID Details.
- Now Upload the Scanned Documents Asked By HSRP.
- Click on Book HSRP Now At Last Here.
- Make the Online Payment as per asked by the Odisha Government.
- Save and Take the Hard Copy of the HSRP Application Form and Payment Receipt For Further Use.
Vehicles Not Eligible To Apply Through Online Portal
- Vehicle who doesn’t have valid Fitness are not eligible to apply for HSRP Plate.
- If the vehicle doesn’t have valid Registration.
- Vehicle doesn’t have valid Tax cannot able to apply.
- The vehicle comes under Non-use.
- The vehicle whose R.C. has been cancelled or black listed.
