PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERY OF ANIMAL LIFE INSURANCE:
1. Citizens of Odisha can apply for the application form through this portal.
2. The requirement scanned documents and ID proof must be uploaded by the applicant.
3. End the final, BVO / Veterinary Officer takes a physical examination of the animals and issues an Animal Health Certificate.
